Silver Oak is a 9″ x 60″ wide plank in a pale gray-washed oak, 5 mm thick with a 20 mil wear layer. It gives the long, clean look of the premium 7 mm boards at a thinner, more economical build for projects that are residential or light commercial.

A 1,200 sq ft job in 9" x 60" takes 39 boxes with 7% cut waste; add 10% for rooms with angles or a herringbone layout. Zero acclimation is required: boxes can go from our Orlando warehouse to the floor the same day.
Ideal for multifamily turns, flips and whole-house replacements where the budget is per square foot and the look needs to stay current. The gray wash keeps it neutral in rooms with mixed finishes and hides fine dust better than a true white oak. At 5 mm it lies flat on a well-prepared slab; use a floor patch on anything worse than 3/16″ over 10 feet. A good choice for bedrooms, living rooms, home offices and smaller retail or office suites with normal foot traffic.
