Galleria Light Gray is a 48″ x 48″ rectified porcelain with a pale gray marble visual and soft white veining, finished nano-polished high gloss. Two tiles cover 31 sq ft, so a 1,000 sq ft floor needs only 33 boxes and far fewer grout lines than a 24″ x 48″.
A 600 sq ft bathroom-and-kitchen package takes 22 boxes with 10% overage for cuts. Install with a leveling-clip system and a 1/16″ (1.5 mm) grout joint using a large-format polymer-modified mortar (ANSI A118.4); back-butter each tile. Polished porcelain is slippery when wet, so keep it to interior floors and walls.
Designed for big, open spaces: great rooms, kitchen-dining combos, lobbies, showrooms and retail floors where a large tile makes the room feel expansive. The light gray base hides dust and light soil better than white, which makes it practical for high-traffic residential and commercial use. It works with white, gray and black cabinetry and with both warm and cool lighting. Large-format tiles need a flat substrate — plan for self-leveling compound on slabs with more than 1/8″ variation over 10 feet — and a leveling-clip system is essential.
