Can SPC go over the existing tile in an older apartment?
If the tile is well bonded and flat to 3/16" over 10 feet, yes. Fill grout lines with a floor patch so they do not telegraph through, and use a transition at the door. For heavily cracked tile, grind or float first.
How fast can I get flooring for an emergency turn?
Same day. Call or text the square footage and color; the order is staged for pickup Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm, at our Orlando warehouse. Pallet delivery is available for larger make-readies.
